Please fill out all information requested. All fields are required unless specified as optional.
You may upload your images in this form, or send them on disk via mail.
If you are applying for more than one category, you may submit two online applications or e-mail images and image information to info@bethesdarowarts.org.
To complete the application process, you must download & sign the Artist Release form found to the right and send it with jury and booth fees by May 31, 2008 (late-fee deadline June 15, 2008).

Will you donate a piece of artwork to the NIH Children's Charities for the sale/silent auction/raffle? (You will be contacted before the event in mid-August to confirm your donation.)

Booth Space & Tent Rental

Booth spaces are $475 per 10' x 10' space. I am applying for:

If you are bringing your own tent, it must be white, in good condition, and appropriately weighted.

Tent Rentals are available from Festival Management for $220 per 10' x 10' tent. Will you rent a tent & sidewalls (to enclose your booth space overnight)?
